114 villa style single houses and 4 luxurious tropical garden condominiums are built on more than 72 rais of land to be a nice safe community for classic individuals. Every house is attached to the 15,000 square-meter free-form swimming pool, 1.2-1.3 meters deep, that lies in front of the 4 condominiums, passes all the houses, and goes right through to end at the beach in an edgeless fashion.

At the corner between Central Lagoon Zone and Beachfront Zone is the Lighthouse, a multipurpose building containing a restaurant, an in-door exercise room, a library, and a party hall for everyone in the project to use plus a car park for residents of the Beachfront Villas with electric golf cars connecting the car park and the houses.

Randomly located in the swimming pool are different shapes of islands that carry various trees and shrubs selected to flourish all year round along side tropical gardens and waterfalls by which residents can walk and resiliently enjoy the natural surroundings around right down to the beach.

There is a CCTV system installed and a tall fence constructed around to maintain safety in the project area while human guards stay put to preclude any harms from happening. In addition, every house is equipped with a home automation system that not only provides more security but also allows remote control of selected appliances through mobile phone and the Internet for the owners. Each house has its own water reserve that contains 4 days of water supply. All cables in the project are laid underground. Some part of the road goes under the swimming pool of which the bottom is so clear that anyone who is under can look up through and see the water above.

Tropical Garden Condominium

There are 4 condominiums, namely Condo A, Condo B, Condo C, and Condo D in short. The living units range from 1 bed room with about 60 sqm. to 4 bedrooms penthouse with over 300 sqm. living space. Presently, only Condos A and C are for selling. Each of the buildings is designed to have a fan shape to enable widest panoramic view possible and to be single corridor residential structure. Each front door is equipped with a smart door lock system. Every unit has its own in-shade car parking lot.

Condominium A is 14-storey high and has totally 99 living units consisting of:

  • 10 units of loft configuration (2-storey unit) on floors 1-2 that comes with 3 bedrooms and 166-197 sqm. living space;
  • 24 units of dip pool type on floors 3-4 which actually has a private jacuzzi on its balcony and 2-3 bedrooms with 111-230 sqm. living space in total;
  • 63 units of typical type on floors 5-12 in various sizes with 2-3 bedrooms and 93-185 sqm. living space, all commanding higher views of the ocean and the mountain range;
  • 2 units of penthouses on floors 13-14 with 4 bedrooms and 303 or 322 sqm. living space.

Condominium B will conceptually consist of 1-bedroom units with about 60 sqm., 2-bedroom units with about 80 sqm., and corner units with about 110-120 sqm. living space each. Presently it is not for selling yet.

Condominium C is 14-storey high and has totally 60 living units consisting of

  • 46 units of 1 bedroom type with 60-80 sqm. living space
  • 9 units of 2 bedroom type with 118 sqm. living space
  • 1 unit of 3 bedroom type with 176 sqm. living space
  • 4 units of penthouses with 2-4 bedrooms and 105-170 sqm. living space on floors 13-14

Condominium D is being designed but has the same concept as Condominium A and is not for selling as yet.

Both Condo A and D consist of larger units than Condo B and C and have loft units on floors 1-2 and penthouses on floors 13-14 each of which occupies two physical floors. As for Condo A, all units on floors 3-4 have its own private Jacuzzi at the balcony while units on floors 5-12 enjoy panoramic views of the mountains on one side and the sea on the other. Price of typical units starts from 5.1 million baht, of larger units with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 185-230 sqm. living space from 10.9 million baht, and of the penthouses with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 303 sqm. living space from 20.1 million baht.

Waterfront Villas refer to the houses around Lagoons 1, 2, 3, and 4 which, in turn, populate Central Lagoon. Lagoons 1 and 3 are on the right (south) while Lagoons 2 and 4 are on the left (north) of Central Lagoon. At present, only Waterfront Villas in Lagoon 1 and Lagoon 3 are for selling. There are 3 subtypes of Waterfront Villas as described below.

Waterfront A

has 3 stories, 2 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a dip pool on the 3rd floor with about 230 sqm. of living space. Some Waterfront A has a lunar house (and called Waterfront A Special.) Totally, there are 22 units of Waterfront A, 11 on the side facing the sea of Lagoon 1 Zone, the other 11 on the same side of Lagoon 2 Zone.

Waterfront B

has the same configurations as Waterfront A but with less balcony, therefore, with about 210 sqm. of living space. Some Waterfront B has a lunar house (and called Waterfront B Special.) Totally, there are 21 units of Waterfront B, 10 on the in-land side of Lagoon 1 and 11 on the same side of Lagoon 2.

Waterfront C

has 3 stories, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a dip pool on the 3rd floor with about 190 sqm. of living space. Some Waterfront C has a lunar house (and called Waterfront C Special.) Totally, there are 41 units of Waterfront C, 12 in Lagoon 3 and 29 in Lagoon 4.
